Solutions Linux 2006 - strong Zope and Plone presence

Major European Zope & Plone companies will be present at Solutions Linux 2006, one of the most important European business-oriented conference about GNU/Linux, open source and free software. It is held in Paris, France, from January 31, 2006 to February 2, 2006.

    A Zope track will be held Jan. 31st, from 9:30 A.M. to 18:00 P.M., organized by David Sapiro (Pilot Systems). This track will include several Zope & Plone related talks:

    • an online banking aplication with Plone (Erwin Cott, CMP-Banque; David Sapiro, Pilot Systems);
    • CPS 3.4 - an open source ECM platform (Stéfane Fermigier, Nuxeo);
    • centralized authentication and SSO with LDAP (Damien Baty, Pilot Systems);
    • using Archetypes and Five with Plone (Olivier Deckmyn and Kamon Ayeva, Ingeniweb);
    • ECM and Zope 3 (Julien Anguenot, Nuxeo);
    • Zwook (Roger Fernandez, Emencia);
    • CPS and Eclipse (Bogdan Stefanescu, Nuxeo);
    • Objectis.org, Zope & Plone hosting (Raphaël Poss and Sylvain Viollon, Pilot Systems);
    • strong authentication with Python and OpenSSL (Gaël Le Mignot, Pilot Systems).

    Other talks will be held in other tracks, including a complete Plone tutorial, Feb. 1st (Damien Baty and Raphaël Poss, Pilot Systems) and an introduction to Plone, Jan. 31st (Olivier Deckmyn, Ingeniweb).
